As these are custom items, we do not accept refunds at this time but will happily send you a replacement.
Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
We understand that accidents happen and try to package our products with shipping and handling in mind. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us with your concern along with an image and we can get a replacement out to you ASAP.
If you receive the wrong order, please notify us immediately.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
